Geraldine Marsh qualified with a Masters in Nutrition and Behaviour (1st, 2022). She is the author of ‘Burger, Chips and a side order of depression to go’, an academic paper exploring the impact on individuals of limited societal nutritional choices. https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/abs/10.1111/bjp.12847 She has experience in working with: thyroid dysfunction, ageing well, pre diabetes, chronic health conditions, autoimmune conditions, and digestive issues such as GERD, gastritis and diverticulitis. She has a particular interest in diet and mental health, as well as hormonal imbalances and women’s health.

She works with clients to identify a sustainable eating plan, as well as exploring how to support habits and behaviours, encouraging a good relationship with food. This is particularly important if recovering from disordered eating. As a BACP Accredited counsellor, she also offers a safe space to explore client’s eating styles. Outcomes maybe to improve your relationship with food, meaning any changes a client makes are fully supported and more likely to be long term and sustainable.
