Fundamental Counselling

Duncan Groves

MBACP (Registered) Person-Centred Counsellor

The principle is simple: when the foundation on which everything rests feels unstable, it can be difficult to feel secure in who you are, making life’s challenges harder to navigate.

You can expect a calm, safe space where you can talk at your own pace, without pressure, labels, or expectations. I will help you to feel heard, understood, and accepted just as you are. You don’t need to have the right words or even know what’s wrong when you begin; simply showing up is enough, and together we can take things one step at a time.

Get in touch to book a free 20-minute chat to take the first step toward greater self-awareness and enhanced wellbeing.
