I support people living with the lasting impact of trauma, stress, and painful life experiences. Trauma can affect not only our thoughts and emotions but also our bodies, relationships, and sense of self. My role is to provide a safe, compassionate space where you can begin to explore these experiences at your own pace. My approach is holistic, blending talking therapy with body-based techniques to support both emotional and physical healing. I draw on methods such as Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, Schema Therapy, and Polyvagal-Informed Therapy, always adapting to your unique needs.

I know from both professional training and personal experience how overwhelming it can feel when nothing seems to help. My intention is to be alongside you in this process, supporting you to understand yourself more deeply, build tools for regulation, and begin to move from survival toward greater connection, resilience, and hope.
